By accessing or using NeexkartX services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.
NeexkartX provides professional services including web development, app development, hosting, domain registration, SEO, digital marketing, graphics, branding and IT consulting.
All payments are advance unless otherwise agreed. Refunds depend on service type, project stage, and resource consumption. Domains, hosting and third-party services are non-refundable.
All tools, frameworks, and methods remain NeexkartX property unless transferred by written agreement. Clients receive rights to use delivered projects after full payment.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
NeexkartX is not liable for outages or failures caused by data centers, networks, force majeure, or government regulations.
NeexkartX is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
We follow reasonable security practices to protect client data but are not liable for cyber incidents beyond control.
Services may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, non-payment, or misuse.
NeexkartX reserves the right to modify these terms anytime without notice.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
