Service scope, timelines, pricing, and deliverables are governed by individual proposals, agreements, or invoices.
3. Client Obligations

- Cooperate during project execution
- Make payments as agreed
- Ensure content provided does not violate laws or third-party rights
4. Payments & Billing
- Payments must be made as per agreed milestones or invoices
- Advance payments are mandatory unless stated otherwise
- Delayed or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All designs, code, strategies, and materials remain property of NeexkartX Development until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred unless otherwise agreed
- We retain the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, technical, and business information shared during the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services
8. Third-Party Services
We may integrate or recommend third-party tools, APIs, hosting providers, or platforms. We are not responsible for their failures, policies, or performance.
9. Termination
- For breach of terms
- Non-payment
- Illegal or unethical use
Clients may terminate services subject to refund policy.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Assam, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
