1. General Policy
NeexkartX Development offers customized digital and development services. Due to the nature of services, refunds are limited and conditional.
2. Cancellation by Client
2.1 Before Project Commencement
- Administrative costs may be deducted
- Payment gateway charges may be deducted
2.2 After Project Commencement
- No refund for completed milestones
- Partial refund (if any) is at sole discretion of NeexkartX Development
- Advance payments are non-refundable once work starts
3. Monthly / Retainer Services
- Fees are non-refundable once service period starts
- Cancellation requires written notice at least 7 days before next billing cycle
4. Payment Gateway Refunds
- Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days
- Refund credited to original payment method
5. Force Majeure
No refunds for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
