1. General Policy

NeexkartX believes in maintaining transparency in all financial transactions. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both clients and the company.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Domain name registrations and renewals
• Web hosting, VPS, and cloud services once activated
• Third-party services or licenses
• Completed digital products and source code delivered

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Service not initiated after payment
• Duplicate or accidental payments
• Project cancelled by NeexkartX before commencement

4. Development & Custom Services

For custom web/app development, refunds depend on the project stage. Work already completed will be deducted from any refund amount.

5. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be made in writing via email
• Requests must include payment reference and reason
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

6. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be made through the original payment method only. No cash refunds are permitted.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating unjustified chargebacks without contacting NeexkartX may lead to account suspension and legal action.

8. Policy Updates

NeexkartX reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
